Ley Nro 10753 PROHIBICIÓN DE INSTALAR PLANTAS Y/O DEPÓSISTOS NUCLEARES ARTICULO 1°.-Prohíbese en el ámbito de la Provincia de Santa Fe, la instalación de Plantas y/o Depósitos Nucleares transitorios o permanentes. ARTICULO 2° - Prohíbese el transporte de desechos atómicos por cualquier medio ,a través del territorio de esta provincia. ARTICULO 3°. - Declárase a la Provincia de Santa Fe zona no nuclear . ARTICULO 4°.- Derógase la Ley Nro 10.278. ARTICULO 5°.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo. DADA EN LA SALA DE- SESIONES DE LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DE. SANTA FE, A LOS VEINTIOCHO DIAS DEL MES DE NOVIEMBRE DE MIL NOVECIENTOS NOVENTA Y UNO. De conformidad a lo prescripto en el artículo 57 de la Constitución Provincial téngasela como ley del Estado, insértese en el Registro General de leyes con sello oficial y publíquese en el Boletín Oficial.- |
